Yes, I voted. Did you?

Got stuck in a bit of a line, not because the polling place was so very busy, but because all 3 of the people ahead of me had problems. Two had signed up for absentee but not sent them in, and one was at the wrong polling place. I think the poll workers were relieved that I was routine, because there were about 5-6 people behind me waiting by that point.

Ariel ran up and played on the little stage the polling place had, and was delighted to get a sticker when we left. It’s not easy taking a toddler to the polls, but it was the simplest alternative.

Now to see what I can get done today with eithr business or transcription. I’m going to try to get at least one new page up today on at least one site, and transcribe when Ariel goes down for her nap… if she takes one. She’s been very, very stubborn about that lately. But, even if she is in her room playing rather than napping, I can transcribe, and just keep an ear open for suspicious bumps.
