It’s just been one of those days. Ariel wanted to play all day… very normal, of course, but she was more determined than usual to include Mommy in her games, but Gage was very clingy and needing lots of attention. These kinds of days are exhausting and it’s almost impossible to get things done.

It’s amazing how tiring this can be. Ariel wasn’t even home all day, but it feels like I didn’t have a break. She was out for more than an hour with Daddy shopping. Now she’s off to spend the night with cousins, so I do get a break.

Naturally, this was one of those days I wanted to get things done. I’ve been working hard on my credit card site, making changes and updates. I haven’t gotten as much done as I would have liked, but I’ve made some fair progress. Looks like it will take me a while to complete the changes, though. I still have to transcribe tonight too.

AdSense revenues were a little down today, but that has a lot to do with lower traffic. This site is much quieter on weekends than weekdays, and I’m sure lots of people who might otherwise be surfing the net are finishing off taxes instead. The CPC and clickthrough rate held pretty steady, so I can definitely attribute this drop to traffic, not any failure of ad placement.
