		<description>So glad to meet you! Gage is doing very well now, although we're waiting for him to start talking now... 18 months old and only 3 words so far. Doctor said to wait another 3 months, and if he's still not really talking, it'll be time to start evaluating. 

We know he hears, as he obeys us very well, and he's also good at communicating his wants nonverbally.

I'm surprised to hear that this site was in LIVING... it's not a magazine I'm familiar with. Guess I'd better take a look. Always fun to see what people say about me!</description>

		<description>I was reading some of the entries on this site because I am a stay at home mom.  Working outside the home would be difficult for me because my two youngest are special needs.... I thought that moms on this site would have no idea what it is like to have numerous doctors visits, calls from the school, ARD meetings (for special ed).  Then i saw the pictures of Gage in his helmet.  I know that at least one person on this site understands some of what my life is like.  I saw this website advertised in a magazine article in the September issue of LIVING.</description>
