Don’t you just love waiting for repairmen? The hours of waiting during the window they say they’re going to come, the frustration when they don’t show.

Yep, it’s one of those days today. My husband cracked the windshield of his car when carrying some 2×4s and had to stop a little too quickly to avoid a bicyclist who was running a red light. He missed the bicycle, thank goodness, so we’re only annoyed at having to pay the money out, rather than having to think about a person who had been injured. All in all, we figure we came out pretty lucky there.

The frustration today comes from finding out that the auto glass repair company goofed and didn’t have us printed on today’s schedule. So my 10-1 appointment ended in a no show. They are still going to have someone out today, but no idea what time. Thank goodness I work at home so it’s a minor inconvenience.
