One of the things that kept me busy today was putting Ariel’s Christmas wish list up on her site for her grandparents. I’ve gotten the occasional question on what she wants for Christmas, so we went to Toys R Us yesterday and found out.
Everything.
Well, not quite.
She was actually pretty good about it. We discussed on the way that she needed to think about what she really wanted, not just go wild over everything.
Then today I showed her a bit of how I put things on a website. I talked to her about what I was typing on her page. She loved seeing how I made the links to the things she liked when they were available on Amazon.
Nice thing is that she can’t really read yet (although I do occasionally catch her reading a word or two), so I could put comments up about things that she won’t understand. That’s not going to last forever, of course, but for now it’s nice.
I like being able to share with her the things I do to work. She’s already convinced that part of being a Mommy is working on the computer.
