I guess many WAHMs would be considered "Underemployed" if you only counted the work we do that is paid for. Just because we aren't paid for the positions of cook, taxi driver, housekeeper, coach, and tutor (and more!), certainly doesn't mean we aren't using all of our abilities and talents. :) And you're right - job satisfaction is #1!
