		<description>Depending on what the final details of this proposal are, it may be well-received in our house!  I don't expect the government to pay me cash to provide my own childcare, as some SAHMs I've met have mused about, but an offset through a tax credit or a deduction from my husband's gross income calculation would sure be nice.  (Preferably the credit, frankly, since I do earn money from home and that amount is taxed at the self-employed rate!)  Looking forward to hearing how this all turns out, that's for sure!</description>
