		<description>Wow, that's certainly worse than average! I've heard stories of doctors dictating while in the bathroom, driving and so forth. I think they forget someone actually needs to type up an accurate record.</description>

		<description>Boy, you are not kidding about needing training.   When I had a word processing service, I took a job from a local doctor doing his transcription.  I typed fast, knew medical terminology and had a dictaphone machine. It did not help!

This doctor waited until after hours to do his dictating.  He put the tape recorder on his chest and proceeded to get drunk while he talked.  All I could hear was bowel sounds and ice clinking against the glass.</description>
