		<description>My 7 y/o is too old to nap, too, so we use a 15 minute "quite period" during which he has to stay on a blanket I spread out for him on the floor. (I, meanwhile, lay down on the sofa.) Like you, we start the time over again if gets loud or moves off of his blanket.

It doesn't induce naps for him, but I get one myself almost every single time.</description>
