I heartily agree with #1 - that's how I ended up writing for KMM! :-) #6 and #9 are great too. If a person has applied for unemployment benefits, they may be asked to provide proof that they are actively seeking new employment in order to receive any funds. Even if you don't get the job, you can prove that you are making a valid attempt instead of just working (no pun intended) the system. This is a GREAT list!
