I could hardly understand her. I then went to process at home site and read all the disappointed people some of who havent gotten their rebates back yet. I was very very nice and told them that I really needed the money as my car broke down and need it for repairs. When I told them the first time that I heard they were a scam I was hung up on. Thats when i used my noggin and was very sympathetic and lo and behold its on its way with a confirmation number and Jeff was the supervisor. I called on a sunday if thats any help. I did everything they asked and I still haven't gotten the list of companies they tell you they will give you to process for.
