		<description>Yes that is a challenge! I do something similar to you. I keep a running to do list and another called Projects to remind me of my long term goals. 

Course, sometimes I forget to check my list before I log on and run into distracting trouble... lol!</description>

		<description>Scheduling and creating priority lists are truly the way to go. I use a daily "to-do" list to help me stay on track. There's just something about checking off an item on the list that keeps me in the work zone, and out of the distraction zone.</description>
