FOCUS: I find it's critically important to know what you need to do then do it without getting distracted. For some this means setting specific hours and truly focusing on job responsibilities (as much as possibly when little ones are in the mix). And maybe that means work hours are 8pm-12am.
SCHEDULING: What is important for you to accomplish each day? Consider your HVFDA's (High Value Fixed Daily Activities). Prepare a schedule and follow it! Maybe you can prepare a monthly schedule or you might have to do that every evening for the next day if you have kid schedules that constantly change.Hope this is helpful! It's a process for sure.

ORGANIZATION: Keep your work physically separate from family/home so there are distinctions and family life doesn’t become overtaken by your business.<br
