Moving's stressful on kids, but for life? No. But it can be hard to admit it when you have something easy to blame, I suppose.My 4 year old is clearly still stressed about things, or at least just a touch more clingy than usual. My 7 year old will no doubt be content as soon as she has some friends. But they're both so in love with the new house because it's 2 story that it will probably be more traumatic to move back to San Diego whenever my hubby can get transferred down there. Our budget doesn't buy nearly so nice a house down there. Definitely sounds like an excuse. Moving’s stressful on kids, but for life? Kids went to the same schools.And my three year old never really recovered.He's the difficult child, anyway. But at 18, he still blames lots of his problems on that move.Go figure.
