But they&#8217;re good for bloggers too. Get a big enough one to sit on, and it encourages just a bit of movement even while sitting at the computer. Or they can be used for a variety of exercises. Blogging is so sedentary that if you aren&#8217;t careful, that weight just creeps on.</p><p>On a related note, exercise balls are great for kids too. A mid size one can work for a chair for kids doing their homework as well as for fun exercises.</p><div
