Science Fair

Getting ready for the school science fair can be a daunting task for just about any child, no matter how much they enjoy the topic. But it doesn't have to be hard to come up with ideas, nor do the projects have to be complex.

One author I have to recommend is Janice VanCleave. She has books that will help your student do all kinds of science projects.

Don't have time to wait for a book to be shipped? Don't worry, there are some wonderful ebooks available for immediate download that can help you get that science fair project moving. Try 24 Hour Science Projects or 101 Easy Science Projects and your child can get that project moving!

It never hurts to have some basic science tools on hand. They're fun to have and it makes starting a science project so much easier! A basic microscope makes many projects possible. Telescopes can be just plain fun if you have a budding astronomer.

Many of the science toys can be used for science projects. Kids can write up what their toys show them.
