I Want Coupons!

Coupons, coupons, coupons! Get them from your local paper or get them online, but get them and use them.

• Coupons are EVERYWHERE. Look for coupons in the newspaper, in magazines, in the mail, on the grocery store shelf, on the Internet and printed along with your cash register receipts.

• Call manufacturers' 800 numbers to request coupons.

• Use a coupon organizer to sort coupons and keep it in your purse.

• If you can't use a particular coupon yourself, share it with a friend or join a coupon swapping group.

• Have your children participate in coupon clipping with you. It's a quick lesson in money management and math.

• Use double or triple coupons if any stores in your area offer them.

Now, before you go printing a stack of coupons off the internet, make sure your local stores will take them. Due to fraud, many stores no longer accept coupons printed off the internet. Just ask any cashier or the manager. If they say you can print coupons, go to it!
