What We Do
CLIENTSFirst Consulting helps law firms and other types of professional organizations utilize technology to support business development and relationship management. One of our primary goals is to help Clients get more value from their Client Relationships Management (CRM) systems and build stronger relationships with their Clients and contacts.
Who We’re Looking For
We are currently seeking experienced data quality professionals or data stewards who have worked with software such as InterAction, ContactEase or other similar CRM systems to help our Clients maintain accurate data by providing data quality services on a part-time or full-time basis.
What’s a Data Quality Professional?
It’s someone who works for our team working on cleaning up CRM databases. Here are just a few of the things we do:
Researching and resolving conflicting information
Researching information to ensure CRM database contains current and accurate information
Conducting research related to erroneous or missing data and update accordingly
Merging duplicate records
Standardizing information in records
Correcting erroneous or missing data
Adding the missing data to records
Following and implementing current data management standards, guides, processes and procedures

What We’re Looking For
Here are just a few of the stellar attributes that would make you a good candidate for our team. If this sounds like you, get in touch with us.
Strong focus and attention to detail. You’ll be working with all kinds of data… making sure it’s complete, correct and clean. If that sounds painful or boring to you, it probably will be. However, if you’re fanatical about finding the right answers and just love doing puzzles, crosswords or Sudoku, this might be a great gig for you.
The ability to follow directions to avoid making mistakes. It’s our job to clean up the messes and fix other people’s mistakes. Making more mistakes would not be in the job description.
Fanatical customer service skills. Hey, the company is called CLIENTSFirst for a reason.
Self-direction and goal-orientation. You’re practically your own boss, since your manager probably won’t be coming by your house. While we don’t mind you wearing your PJs and fluffy slippers all day, you will have to be devoted and reliable and focused to work well independently and meet deadlines and schedules set by our Clients and managers.
Confidentiality. While we’re not like James Bond or anything, we do sometimes we work with sensitive information, so our people need to have good discretion and the highest character. To ensure that we take care of our Clients’ information, we do require our team members to sign personal confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and undergo background investigations in compliance with lawful requirements.
A relatively new PC computer. We’re a technology consulting company so we think it’s cool have the latest and greatest gadgets… and our team members have to have an up-to-date computer running current operating systems and Microsoft Windows XP, Vista or 7.
A reliable high-speed internet connection. Data cleaning can be painfully slow without a cable modem or DSL connection. Trust us, you’ll want and need this.
Previous legal or accounting experience. Knowledge of the professional services industry is a plus. Many of our team members are recovering legal or accounting professionals or employees. If you’ve worked with these types of incredibly smart and talented folks before, you might like us too. And even if you haven’t, you still might like us. You never know ‘til you apply.
CRM Experience. If you have experience with software such as InterAction, ContactEase or other similar CRM systems you should apply. Trust us, it’s a lot more fun to work from home… with us.
