- Reliability, integrity and responsibility
- Math skills required
- Business skills preferred
- a high-speed Internet connection
- Minimum of 2 gigs RAM
- Windows XP
- Microsoft Office 2003 or higher (cannot start without this version)
- Highly Proficient in Excel
- Google Talk or Pidgin messenger (to stay connected with teammates during the work day)
- Antivirus protection program
- Computer/Internet experience and skills
