Member Support Consultant
We are looking for someone that is able to work 30-35 hours per week from a home based office. You must have high speed internet and Microsoft Office on your computer.
Responsibilities include:
-Problem solving various technical issues via phone, email and live chat
-Troubleshooting software and hardware problems for members
-Monitoring current member account activity
-Promote the benefits and features of MediaScouter to potential new members
-Internet research focusing on the book selling market
-Perform other job related responsibilities as necessary
Experience Required:
-Provide technical expertise to problem solve various issues for our members
-Professional verbal and written skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work as a team with other member support consultants so that all
issues are resolved in a timely manner
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express
Experience Preferred:
-Fluent in German and/or French
