Our company is currently seeking Customer Service Associates to work virtually from the comfort of their own home. Our associates will receive 4 weeks paid training at our Albuquerque, NM location. Upon successful completion of the training, you are ready to begin taking calls from your home office!

As a Customer Service Associate focusing on hotel reservations, you will be providing in-bound customer service and support for inquiries regarding lodging accommodations. Providing excellent customer service solutions is key in this position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Demonstrated ability to perform with minimal direct supervision (self-discipline and self-starting are critical abilities for this position).
* Solid PC skills to include the ability to perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software.
* Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly and to assimilate the learning into assigned tasks as well as a desire to work in a virtual home office environment.
* Excellent customer service and listening skills including the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and resolve complex issues for customers.
* Organizational skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task workflow in a timely manner.
* A dedicated analog phone line and high speed internet (DSL or Broadband), corded headset with a noise canceling microphone and a monitor with a minimum display resolution of 800 x 600 pixels.
* Willingness to work a flexible full-time schedule from the comfort of your own home. (Please note that this position requires the associate to live wihin reasonable commuting distance from our Albuquerque, NM office to attend 4 weeks of paid training prior to being able to telecommute from your home office.)
* A criminal background investigation, drug screen and credit check are required for all candidates being considered for this position.
