Your Comfort Zone

The Editor's Desk - From Beneath the Clutter

I got an email this week on a topic I thought some of you might find of interest, so I will share it here:

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (www.missingkids.com) and its partner organizations are launching a preventive safety campaign in May 2007 to encourage parents, guardians, educators, and other concerned citizens to take time to talk with their children about ways to keep safer. Take 25 (www.take25.org) will help foster an ongoing dialogue between parents and children about personal safety. In addition to a national outreach and awareness campaign, hundreds of communities across the country will host children's safety events throughout the month of May 2007. For safety tips, to find a local event, or to get involved, please visit www.take25.org (complete site will launch in March 2007.) For additional information, please contact take25@ncmec.org or call 703-837-6123.
