Green Beans Caesar

3 tbsp. oil
3/4 cup 1/2-inch bread cubes
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 17-oz. can green beans
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In 2 tablespoons oil, lightly fry the bread cubes until golden and crisp. Drain.
  2. Mix 1 tbsp. oil, vinegar, onion, and salt. Pour over drained green beans in skillet and stir until hot.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and bread cubes.
