1 salmon filet
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tsp brown sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp ground ginger
1-2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (how spicy do you want to go?)
1/2 tsp salt
