Pesto Breaded Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2-3 tbsp pesto
1/2 cup bread crumbs

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. Coat chicken with pesto then cover with bread crumbs.
3. Place in baking pan and bake uncovered until chicken is no longer pink, about 35-45 minutes.

Very easy, although pesto can be a bit pricey. The chicken comes out wonderfully tender. My daughter commented on how sweet the chicken was.
