The Sprint Board was designed with two goals in mind. To improve body position during kick sets and to promote a safer shoulder position. The Sprint Board is cut out at the tail to allow for and promote submerging of the face and waving of the body. This board will give you a better body motion in breaststroke and butterfly training. The board is made of a soft material and has rounded edges to prevent chafing and scraping under the arms and on the chest of the swimmer. There are four positions in which the sprint board can be held. PLEASE NOTE: THE NEW COLOR IS BLUE...NOT YELLOW AS PICTURED!
