A first aid kit is an excellent and valuable addition to your diaper bag. It never seems to fail - you've got your house child proofed but when you leave the house there's a whole new unprotected world out there and sure enough that's the time when you need a bandaid or something to clean an "owie" or your child begins teething when you get on the plane and you find yourself dismantling your purse and diaper bag praying to find some acetominophen or ibuprofen. You'll always be relieved to have a first aid kit handy!
