Accounting and Bookkeeping Work at Home Jobs

ARO
Must be able to to call Kansas City, MO telephone numbers without a huge phone bill. Mostly customer service, but sometimes needs auditors. You must be able to be online and on the phone at the same time. You'll get special consideration if you live in Kentucky, Michigan, Illinois, Nevada, Ohio, Massachusetts, Wisconsin or Colorado. You can also check VT Audit, which is owned by ARO.

AR Recovery
Expert in collecting A/R and highly motivated. You earn based on your results.

Balance Your Books
AA degree recommended. Two years' experience required. You need data entry, A/P and payroll functions experience and the ability to use QuickBooks, MYOB, Peachtree or other accounting software.

Bateman & Co.
Texas residents preferred. CPA and 3 years' experience required according to Telecommuting Staff Accountant (part time) job listed when I checked. The job appears to be mostly individual, partnership or corporate tax returns.

Bookminders
Provide accounting services to small business clients. About 2/3 of the work is performed at home. Client meetings are required.

ClickAccounts
Most jobs will be for small and medium sized companies.

TAD Accounting
Two or more years accounting experience required. Computerized general ledgers, A/P and payroll required as well. You will need to be able to care for multiple clients.

Total Business Care
You will work both at home and at the client's site. You must understand accounting principles, accounting software, spreadsheets and be able to do taxes.
