Virtual Assistant Work at Home Jobs

Can you do all kinds of office work from home? It takes a good home setup and knowledge of the jobs you can perform to work as a virtual assistant, but the demand is out there.

Note: I do not know which companies are hiring at this time. This is merely a list of companies that at the time I visited them hired employees to work at home. I am not responsible for any changes to the sites, company policies or job offerings. Don't tell me you want to apply for one of these jobs; I'm not the one hiring. Please pay attention to all job requirements. It's a waste of time to apply for jobs that you aren't remotely qualified for.

The company provides a variety of services, such as bookkeeping, data entry, event planning and much more. You must have excellent computer skills, phone etiquette, the ability to multi task and other skills valuable as a virtual assistant.

Executive Secretaries
Variety of jobs, including virtual assistant positions. Apply and Executive Secretaries will contact you when work is available. This can take weeks and depends on the availability of work. Applications are kept on file for one year.

Hire My Mom.com
Requires at least 1-2 years experience in your area of expertise. Has a membership fee that can be paid annually or quarterly.

KeeneTeam
Be a virtual assistant for KeeneTeam clients. Guidelines are linked from the employment page so you can have a good idea as to what might be expected before you even apply.

MotionTemps
Various positions may or may not be available, such as website design, desktop publishing, writing and so forth. Does accept resumes even when not hiring.

Office Details
Requires 5 years proven experience as an administrative or concierge professional.

Simply Virtual
No obvious way to apply on the site, so I would suggest calling or writing. Provides virtual assistant services, support to real estate agents and so forth.

Team DoubleClick
Rather like a virtual temp agency. You fill out an application and when you match an opportunity they contact you about it. You're working for them, not for the client. Mostly customer service and virtual assistant work.

The Appointment Biz
Must have at least 5 years executive administrative experience. Must have dedicated phone line and high speed internet access.

Virtual Customer Support Wanted
Can you do bookkeeping, customer service, data entry and more? In this position you'll be working for a company that sells ebooks and informational products about dating.
