Most of these are not regular writing jobs; rather, they are resources where you can find writing work. These are typically freelance jobs. On some sites there are jobs posted that you have to bid on, while on others you can get paid for articles you write.

Some companies pay very low - even under $10 an article. Low pay is a way to get started, but don't stick with it for too long. You can and should be able to earn more for quality writing.

You can be a Guide for About.com. A guaranteed base pay of $675 a month for your first two years, more if your page views are high enough.

Bid for projects you're interested in. You will be competing with others for projects.

Blogging and writing jobs listed. Costs $7 a month to be able to apply for jobs, but you can see listings without joining.

Jobs with a wide range of pay and topics. People post what they're looking for and are willing to pay.

Just as it sounds. Both in house and freelance opportunities are listed.

Senior Copywriter positions in a virtual office environment. Looking for exceptional talents in various media.

Hires both writers and site editors. They have a wide range of topics for you to consider.

Work for an educational publisher. Writer and editor positions for various grade levels and topics.

TCB Solutions
Work as a contract resume writer. Will consider backgrounds in journalism, marketing, business writing, human resources and resume writing. Requires 2-3 years experience in resume writing.

The Dollar Stretcher
Pay is $0.10 per word for material that appears in the hardcopy version of the newsletter only. No pay for articles that appear only online.

Today.com
Pay is by number of views, potentially low, and a limit of one post a day. But if you need to build a writing habit it's a place to get started.
