1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked minute rice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- In a baking dish, mix soup, water, rice and pepper.
- Place chicken on rice mixture.
- Sprinkle with additional pepper.
- Cover. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until well done.
