Lemon Butter Sauce For Dipping Artichokes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasonings
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Place butter in a microwave safe bowl and melt butter in the microwave.

  2. Add in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, seasonings, salt and pepper. Mix well and use as a dipping sauce for artichokes.
