For customer service positions, take inbound customer service or sales calls for clients.
For technical support positions, you choose the level of tech support you can offer: Help Desk, Level 2, trouble shooting or high tech sales.
This is one of the more expensive companies to work for, as there is the background check fee, requires incorporation, a dedicated phone line and you have to pay for training. I would call it in many ways more a business opportunity than a work at home job.
