Belay is a INC 500 virtual assistant provider company. They provide virtual assistants to supportĀ senior-level management clients. The job may include maintaining the executive's schedule, planning meetings, conferences and travel, email management, social media management, project assistance and more.

Virtual assistants must be self-motivated, proactive, able to manage confidential information, manage priorities, and understand technologies such as Dropbox and MS Office.

At least 5 years experience as an executive assistant, project manager, or in an administrative support is required.

Belay also hires virtual bookkeepers. Bookkeepers must have at least 5 years accounting or bookkeeping experience.
