Work as an independant contractor taking calls for various products and services. You will go through certification for each company you take calls for. Training may be instructor led or computer based, self paced training.

You must have a Windows computer (no Macs) that is reasonably current, at least a 17 in monitor, and a DSL, cable or fiber optic internet connection. Visit the website for more detailed requirements, as these may change over time.

Your phone line must be a plain land line telephone - no extra features at all. Ideally, this will be dedicated to work, so that you don't receive other calls while you work.

You get to set your own schedule. Medical and dental benefits from an outside provider may be available. Candidates are required to pay for a background check.
