Balsamic Veggies
1 summer squash
1 zucchini
1 small onion
2 carrots
broccoli
2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs butter
1 tsp diced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut up summer squash, zucchini, onion, carrots and broccoli.
- Melt butter in frying pan and add vegetables, garlic, balsamic vineger, salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook until tender.
- Uncover and turn up heat slightly to brown.
