Want to lose weight? Then go out, and do something! That's right, statistics show, that around 58 million Americans are overweight. What can we do about it? Well we can be more active, exercise, join a gym, go out for walks, what ever keeps you going. Any exercise is good exercise. Think of it this way, instead of talking on the phone or watching television on the couch, you can take a brisk walk outside for 15 minutes that'll burn the calories of that small cupcake you had for lunch. Or, try parking just a little bit further from the entrance of the mall or grocery store - a longer walk will be helpful. Go out for a bike ride, use the stairs or go for a hike. Moms can even push the stroller while walking for added resistance. Be creative and do something, your body will love you for it!
